Cornerstone Mortgage does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 16, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 16.

How Cornerstone Mortgage May Use Personal Information Collected Online
Cornerstone Mortgage will not use your personal information other than for the purpose for which it was submitted without your consent. We use personal information to reply to inquiries and process your loan. We also process requests related to obtaining approval of your loan. At any time you can add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at info@cornerstonemarion.com.

How Your Information May Be Shared
In order to process your loan, Cornerstone Mortgage will transfer the information received online to appropriate lender(s) to receive loan pre-approval. It is also possible that a loan submitted maybe more appropriately handled by another lender, in which case, the loan would be transferred to the proper lender. By your acknowledgement, you are allowing us to forward your information to the proper lender. Without submission of the requested information, Cornerstone Mortgage will not be able to process your loan. Cornerstone Mortgage never sells or rents personal information.

We will also release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities under the following circumstances:

• Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings;
• Where our records indicate a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of;
• Where warranted by a company's failure to participate in a self-regulatory process; or
• Where your communication suggests possible harm to others.
